A:Like many other fashion products, eyewear are usually made as per clients specifications, from shape to material, from color to accessory. Clients have the options of:
• Choosing materials and components they want globally, to make the desirable frames
• Giving the blueprint to work on, or simply a sample to copy from
• Requesting for private branding and packaging

Q:What if I only have ideas and scratches for my brand?

A:Yes, our professional design team is always ready to help transform into technical drawing. Then we'll open the mold according to the design drawings.

Q:Which certificate do you have for your sunglasses?

A:FDA,CE,BSCI.

Q:Is the price negotiable?

A:Yes, the price is based on the quantity of your order. More quantity, more discount.

Q:What is your term of payment?

A:We can accept T/T, L/C. We need 30% deposit to start orders, 70% balance before the shipment.

Q:Can I put on my logo?

A:Of course.Please offer the logo in PDF format for us. Custom logo can be made by silk print, hot stamp, 3D printed,laser, engraved etc.

Q:Can I choose the color I want?

A:Yes, any color you want.

Q:Can I order small quantity ?

A:As for trial order,we will give you a lowest limited for quantity.

Q:Do you provide sample? Free or charge?

A:Sure,the samples are free, but you need afford the shipping cost by yourself.

Q:Are there any eyewear accessories I can choose for my order?

A:Of course, we can also make glasses case, cleaning cloth, tag, pouch, sticker and other accessories of eyewear industry.

Q:How do you pack the sunglasses?

A:1 pc/OPP bag, 12 pcs/inner box, 300 pcs/ctn;

Q:Where is your factory located?

Our factory is located in the eyewear manufacturing capital in Wenzhou China.

Q:Can I delivery the goods from other suppliers to your factory? Then load together?

A:We offer assistance to all formalities throughout the whole export/import session, like vessel booking, custom declaration, documents preparation, etc. Welcome to contact us for more details.

Q:Where is the shipping port?

Shanghai or Ningbo

Q:How about the shippment? 

A:Our shippment could be by sea or by air,both OK for us. 

Q:How long is your delivery time?

A:After PP samples approved:Injection Frame needs 30-35 days. Metal Frame needs 40-60 days. Acetate frame need 75-90 days.

Q:When will you leave your factory and to have your spring festival holidays?

A:During the Spring Festival, our sales department still works. The production department will be closed for one month.

Q:Will you will attend the fair to show your products?

A:We will attend all major exhibitions like MIDO, SILMO, Hong Kong International Optical Fair, Wenzhou International Optics Fair etc.

Q:What's your after-sales service?

A:Skilled personnel is assigned to take care of customer support and after sales service.Usually the cargo damage rate is 5%. If the defective goods exceed the general cargo damage rate, we will provide you with after-sales service 30 days after receiving the goods.

Q:How do I know what sunglasses fit my face?

A:Oval glasses help balance the straight lines and right angles on the face. Choose a wider frame, but the height is better than the width.

Q:Are expensive sunglasses better?

A:It is not an assurance that pricier brands are better in all aspects than those that are priced lower. You still have to check the UV protection rating and the degree of polarization.

Q:What Colour lens is best for sunglasses?

A:Dark Colors(brown/gray/green)are ideal for everyday and most outdoor activities. Darker shades are intended primarily to cut through the glare and reduce eyestrain in moderate-to-bright conditions.
Light colors (yellow/gold/amber/rose/vermillion): These colors excel in moderate- to low-level light conditions. They are often great for skiing, snowboarding and other snow sports.
Sunglass Lens Coatings:The more expensive the sunglasses, the more likely they are to have several layers of coatings. Mirrored or flash coating refers to a reflective film applied to the outside surfaces of some sunglass lenses. They reduce glare by reflecting much of the light that hits the lens surface.
